I’m a sucker for some good food from the Horn of Africa– though I’ve only had Ethiopian and Eritrean. The flavors are always so complex, and so rich that I’ve never even had the audacity to cook it myself. Well, thank you Chef Afrik for reminding me that I need to one of these days!
