green (purple?) smoothie

a wholesome, healthy, start to the day. combine these in the blender, and add more liquid if it’s too thick. use honey if you’d like it to be sweeter.

ingredients:

handful of frozen blueberries & strawberries

half an avocado

half an apple

half a banana

1 cup almond milk/fruit juice

10 almonds

1-2  dates, chopped

small chunk ginger

handful (1/2 cup) frozen or fresh spinach or kale

1 tbs wheat germ/ground flaxseed
