i am falling in blog-love with My New Roots. Sarah Britton’s take on wholesome, delicious vegetarian fare makes me want to kick meat to the curb for once and for all! moreover, unlike most happy health natural food blogs, i can actually bear to read her. i usually just skip over the text and excessively charming photos and scroll down to the recipe… but i don’t mind reading entire posts by New Roots. her voice is balanced, and she offers just the right amount of information on the health benefits of the ingredients incorporated in her dishes. and the photos speak for themselves!
